Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to work with the Accommodation Manager, ensuring cleanliness and high presentation standards across all accommodation types. You will help run daily operations, coordinate resources, and support a guest-centric experience across multiple parks.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop the Accommodation team, maintain high standards, and collaborate with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to handle check-ins,

• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to coordinate complex daily operations.
• Experience with forecasting labour and resource planning.

• Access to accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands-on cleaning services when required.
• Flexibility to work across varied days, weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Confident using standard IT systems and applications.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training Accommodation team members.
• Helping to build and maintain a positive team culture focused on high standards.
• Supporting the Accommodation Manager with team structure, role delegation, and clarity of responsibilities.
• Providing day-to-day coaching, supporting 1-2-1s, and encouraging team development.
• Supporting initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and team recognition.
• Assisting in the daily coordination of cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
• Carrying out regular spot checks and inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
• Monitoring daily performance and helping prepare action plans for continuous improvement.
• Working closely with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins, repairs, guest requests, and special requirements.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest queries and resolving issues with minimal disruption.

Join us as our new Assistant Accommodation Manager, where you’ll work closely with the Accommodation Manager to coordinate and support the team in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation types. • The ability to access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands-on cleaning services as required, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
• The flexibility to be able to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
• Confident using standard IT systems and applications.
• A full UK driving licence.
