Job summary

Mears Group in Enfield is seeking an Accommodation Coordinator to join the initial accommodation team. You will allocate bedspaces, relocate service users, and collaborate with regional teams to minimise income loss while safeguarding service users.

This 2-year FTC role is full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with salary up to £29,812.57 per annum. A customer-focused, process-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience with record keeping and coordination.
• Strong customer service skills ensuring positive outcomes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel basics including VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage service users’ data accurately and securely.
• Oversee and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Allocate bedspaces quickly to minimise income loss.
• Relocate service users or identify suitable properties for new placements.
• Prioritise safeguarding and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Process service user notifications for accurate bedspace matches.
• Collaborate with regional and transport teams throughout the process.
• Maintain clear communication across departments and manage occupancy levels.
