Job summary

• Serving customers with purchases or returns while ensuring items are complete and fragile items are packed securely.
• Assisting customers to find products and delivering excellent memorable service to build loyalty.
• Hosting: use iPad systems to order products to be delivered to customers' homes; Made To Measure department for bespoke curtains and blinds to customers' specifications.
• Stock and Delivery: physical role with heavy lifting; not solely warehouse-based but customer facing.
