Responsibilities

• Provide personalised assistance to adults and children with varying needs during boarding and disembarking.
• Understand and accommodate passengers' needs and communication preferences.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and caregivers to establish trust.
• Safely handle and transport passenger luggage and mobility aids.
• Keep accurate and confidential records of interactions and safeguarding concerns.
• Collaborate with Community Transport to ensure smooth service and scheduling.
