University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to offer an exciting Access Manager role on a 12-month secondment. You will drive local and national access targets within the Cancer Care Care Group, ensuring activity meets Trust and government waiting time targets and complies with the access policy.

You will report to Care Group management and join a large, supportive NHS trust renowned for development opportunities and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience or training.
• Proven ability to analyse data and use IT systems to support decision making.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local and national access targets across the Care Group.
• Interpret and implement the Trust's access policy.
• Coordinate with operational management and stakeholders to meet waiting time targets.
