Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking an Access Control / Intercom Engineer in London to service seven high-end residential buildings around Canary Wharf. The role involves planned maintenance, fault-finding, installation and commissioning of access control and intercom equipment.

You will work with Paxton, Videx and other major systems, ensuring safety standards and customer service are upheld. Competitive salary plus travel allowance and pension are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing access control, door entry and intercom systems.
• Experience carrying out planned maintenance and fault-finding.
• Strong customer-facing skills and references available.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on access control, door entry and intercom systems.
• Diagnostics and remedial works across high-end residential buildings.
• Install and replace access control and intercom equipment; program and commission devices.
• Respond to reactive call-outs and resolve system faults efficiently.
• Liaise with residents and managers to ensure excellent service; complete service reports.
