Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with intercom/door entry systems.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience with access control.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of door entry and access control systems.
• Working on both new installations and reactive maintenance contracts.
• Upgrading and commissioning systems to current industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients and residents.
• Accurate completion of job reports and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
