Network Rail in Leeds is seeking a Delivery Unit Administrator/Planner to support access and isolation planning for rail possessions. You will apply knowledge of planning processes and ensure accurate handling of requests.

You will work with cross-functional teams, using PPS and related systems, and contribute to efficient, safe, and compliant operations across the network. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a good geographical knowledge of the railway

• Good geographical knowledge of the railway network.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of access planning processes and systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the application of all access and isolation requests for the Delivery Unit.
• Produce and manage the Delivery Unit Period Possession Plan.
• Optimise the use of possessions and isolations.
• Submit possessions and Temporary Speed Restriction requests using the Possession Planning System (PPS).
• Manage the possession change control process.
• Process isolation requests and pass to the Isolation Planner.
• Knowledge of access planning processes and systems
• Detailed knowledge of relevant standards and procedures
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques
• Knowledge of operational railway environment
• Good geographical knowledge
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
