We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Access & Assessment Team (AAT) Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality trauma-informed support to victim-survivors of domestic abuse, including emotional support, risk assessment, safety planning, and signposting.
AAT is the first point of contact for Leeds Domestic Violence Service for individuals experiencing domestic abuse. The team works with victim-survivors, conducting risk assessments, and developing support and safety plans. AAT also serves as the initial contact for professionals seeking referrals, support, or advice regarding victim-survivors.

Leeds Women’s Aid (LWA) is the largest women’s charitable organization in Leeds, providing services for victims of domestic abuse, honour-based violence, forced marriage, stalking, and harassment. It is the lead agency for two consortia: Leeds Domestic Violence Service and Women and Girls Alliance.
The closing date for applications is Monday, 2nd June. The interview date is Tuesday, 10th June.
