About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a n U16s Head Coach to join our Everton Football Club Women ’s Academy .

As U16s Head Coach you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and effective player development programme for the EFCW U16 Players Development, working closely with the Senior Manager – EFCW Academy to establish, implement, and manage, a comprehensive schedule and IDP’s framework supporting the player pathway to U21 squad

You will contribute towards creating a culture that maximises the talent of each club player in all aspects of the four-corner model and help with the design and delivery of all performance analysis requirements across the Academy.

You will be required to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure that the needs of all players are fully catered for, and toplan and deliver the coaching programme for the age group you lead to a high standard.

Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will have e xtensive experience working within an elite football environment as well as e xperience of developing and delivering personalised training programmes to elite level athletes within the professional game at first team and/or under 21 level .

Essentially, the successful candidate must hold a minimum UEFA BLicence, FA Advanced Youth Award and be able to demonstrate good practice when it comes to safeguarding children, contributing to our player-centred approach at the Academy.

This position is on a permanent contract basis, working 40 hours per week.
