We are seeking a U16s Head Coach to join the Everton Women's Academy. The successful candidate will deliver player development programs for U16 players, working closely with the Senior Manager – EFCW Academy to establish and manage schedules and IDP frameworks supporting the U21 pathway.
The coach will foster a culture that maximizes each player's talent across the four-corner model and contribute to performance analysis across the Academy. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure all players' needs are met and plan high-standard coaching programs for your age group.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an elite football environment, with a background in developing and delivering personalized training programs for elite athletes at the professional or U21 level. They must hold a minimum UEFA B License and FA Advanced Youth Award, and demonstrate good safeguarding practices.
This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week. The closing date is Friday 13th June 2025, but we reserve the right to close early if we receive many applications.
