Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational demands for the short course provision and balance time between operational, coordination and administrative duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service for our short course portfolio and contribute to course quality.
• Support safeguarding measures for under 18s on the Saturday Art School, Creative Arts Summer School and all Summer Programmes.
• Collaborate with the Access and Participation Manager to widen access and with the Foundation Course Leader for progression opportunities.
• Lead on operational delivery of a wide portfolio with strong project management and communication.
• Evidence experience coordinating or delivering a range of skills and understanding of widening access in Higher Education.
