Job summary

Newcastle United Football Club is seeking an Academy Data Analyst to transform academy data into clear insights that illuminate each player's development journey. You will collaborate with coaches, sports science and medical teams to blend data engineering, analytics and storytelling in support of informed decisions across the player pathway.

• Apply football context to technical, tactical, physical and behavioural analysis.
• Explore innovative tools and methods to enhance insight delivery and workflows.

About the role

The Academy Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming Academy data into clear, impactful insights that illuminate each player’s development journey. Working closely with coaches, sports science and medical teams, you will blend data engineering, analytics and storytelling to support informed decision-making across the player pathway.
