• Producing accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars, tutorials, and group tasks
• Reviewing notes at the end of lectures to ensure they are accessible for students
• Maintaining professionalism and a respectful relationship with students
• Acting in the best interests of learners while adhering to institutional policies

You will collaborate with Randstad to meet individual student needs, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential in this role.
