Responsibilities

Providing note-taking support to students living with disabilities/mental health conditions. Your responsibilities include:

• Producing accurate and legible notes for lectures, seminars/tutorials, and group tasks
• Reviewing notes at the end of lectures to ensure accessibility for students
• Maintaining professionalism and appropriate relationships with students
• Acting in the best interests of learners, adhering to institutional policies and procedures

You will coordinate with Randstad regarding individual student needs, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times is essential, sharing relevant information with Randstad to provide optimal support.
