Stockport School is seeking an Academic Mentor - Specialist Subject Tutor to support Maths in class and in small groups across KS3/KS4, including a focus on Y11 GCSE students.

Stockport School is looking toappoint an Academic Mentor - Specialist Subject Tutor to support in Maths. Thesuccessful post holder will work alongside our students both in class and insmall groups across the core subject areas. Student groups may consist of KS3or KS4 students including a focus on the support of Y11 GCSE students.
Candidates should be wellqualified with strong GCSE passes in at least English and mathematics, at minimumgrades C or 4 and above, including additional strong GCSE and/or A Level passes(or equivalent) in other subject areas. It would also be desirable for acandidate to be a graduate with a good Honours Degree or other HigherEducational qualification, Qualified Teacher Status, or HLTA Status.
