Job summary

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking five dedicated and experienced Subject Leads to provide academic leadership for business modules within our Foundation School.

The Subject Lead will design, deliver, and ensure high academic standards for Level 3 and Level 5 modules, coordinating with Module Coordinators and lecturers to provide a consistent and high-quality student experience. Right to work in the UK required; LCCA does not sponsor.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or professional qualification in Business/Management for HE teaching.
• Teaching qualification (PG Cert) or HEA Fellowship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and coherence of assigned business modules, aligning with programme specs and industry expectations.
• Develop and maintain teaching materials, delivery plans, and VLE content to meet high standards.
• Design innovative assessments and marking schemes; provide high-quality, developmental feedback.
• Oversee standardisation and moderation to ensure fairness and consistency across groups.
• Use data (NSS, retention/progression) to identify improvements and drive enhancements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and Module Coordinators to ensure consistent curriculum delivery.
