Ready to make a real difference in the lives of students? Our client is currently looking for an Academic and Support Services Officer to join their busy team in the heart of Manchester!

As the Academic and Support Services Officer (ASSO), you'll be central to the smooth running of our academic and student support operations, ensuring an exceptional student experience. With strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for data, you'll support everything from academic timetabling to student enquiries, helping to create a positive and seamless student experience. Collaborating with the Director of Academic and Support Services, academic teams, and external partners, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality academic and student support.

Hours of Work: Full-Time, hybrid; 6 months fixed term contract with the potential to extend or become a permanent post at the end of the fixed term period

Academic And Support Services Officer Requirements

• University-level qualifications.
• Proven experience in administration
• Proven experience of working in a customer services/ education front of house service
• Proven experience in data handling
• Strong interpersonal skills, and can lead and communicate with people from a diverse range of cultural and educational backgrounds.
