Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking an AC Maintenance Engineer for a Facilities Management service provider in London, Bloomsbury. This temporary ongoing role offers an immediate start with rates up to £28 per hour.

You will perform air conditioning and mechanical maintenance, both planned and reactive, across a complex of buildings. A City & Guilds Level 2 in AC and a proven building maintenance track record are required; DBS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• AC qualified with City & Guilds Level 2.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing experience is required.
• DBS certificate is advantageous.
