Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is representing a building services and regeneration company recruiting an AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer for a mobile role across commercial sites in London and the surrounding areas. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance, some installation work, and requires 5+ years in the field, NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, F-Gas, and a Full UK driving licence.

Salary £40,000-£50,000 plus van, overtime and benefits.

AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer

£40,000-£50,000 + Van + Overtime + Benefits

Our client a building services and regeneration company are actively looking to grow their HVAC division to deal with several new contracts and are currently looking for an experienced AC Engineer to work in a mobile role covering commercial sites across London and the surrounding areas.

To apply for the AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer position the following experience is required:

• 5+ years' experience working as an AC Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer


• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent


• F-Gas


• Experienced carrying out PPM, reactive and repair whether independently or in a team


• Experience working on a range of systems ideally within a commercial environment


• Full UK driving licence

The AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer will work on commercial sites including offices, healthcare, education and industrial buildings, duties will include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, some install will also be required when needed.
