Qualifications

• Relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications, including up‑to‑date Safe Handling (2079).
• Comprehensive experience from HVAC and Building Services.
• Continuous history of employment in HVAC and Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and reactive tasks on client site.
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
• Liaise with the client on completed work and required further works.

Skills

AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications

Experience in HVAC and Building Services

Proven technical knowledge of Air Conditioning systems

Ability to manage own time and paperwork

Capable of building long term relationships

Positive attitude

Flexible approach to hours and problem-solving
