Job summary

Start Monday is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Midlands-based team. The role is home-based with UK travel, Monday to Friday, and includes maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems for a range of clients, including retailers.

You will test components, diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance with opportunities for overtime and progression within the growing AC division. A full UK driving licence and F Gas certification are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with air conditioning systems or HVAC maintenance.
• F Gas certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on air conditioning systems.
• Test compressors, thermistors, pressure switches and related components.
• Diagnose faults and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Provide reliable service to a variety of clients.
