Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd are recruiting a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover London and Home Counties for an established FM service provider. You’ll work across multiple sites on a mobile basis, with door-to-door travel paid. The role offers up to £55,000 basic, a van and fuel card, holiday and pension, overtime and call-out allowances (currently 1 in 2, moving to 1 in 4/6).

Hours are 08:00–17:00. Requirements include Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, F-Gas, full UK driving

Qualifications

• Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification.
• F-Gas certification.
• Proven experience as a mobile AC engineer.
• Strong fault-finding skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across a mobile portfolio.
• Fault-finding and repairs on split systems / VRF / VRV.
• Servicing AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning.
• Refrigerant handling and leak testing.
• Completing job sheets and service reports.
• Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner.

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - FM Service Provider - Door to Door Travel - London & Home Counties - Up to £55,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider, covering a portfolio of sites across London and home counties. You'll be an experienced mobile AC engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites. In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £55,000 with door to door travel paid.

This is working across a number of retail contracts. Areas include London, Oxford, Brighton, Canterbury, Guildford, Reading, and Windsor.

Hours of Work

• 08:00 - 17:00
• Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areas

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across a mobile portfolio
• Fault-finding and repairs on [split systems / VRF / VRV
• Servicing and maintaining AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning
• Refrigerant handling and leak testing
• Completing job sheets and service reports
• Dealing with client site contacts in a professional manner

• Call out currently 1 in 2 but will go to 1in 4/6 as the team grows.
• £300 per week call out allowance
