Morrisons in Scotland seeks a Line Leader for our abattoir production team. You will oversee a small group in a defined area, driving standards to ensure consistent delivery and providing the tools and training to help colleagues understand key ways of working and site processes.

Working as part of a team, you’ll support colleagues, operate machinery and set up, manage batch control and labeling, perform audits and quality checks, and report on the production line’s performance.

Competenze

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable in fast-paced food manufacturing and varying temperatures.
