Job summary

Academics in Bicester is seeking an ABA Assistant at a specialist SEN school. This role offers hands-on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs, ideal for graduates aiming for psychology, therapy, or education careers.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies, help students develop communication, confidence, independence and social skills, and work with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies.

• Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
• Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement.
