REESON Education is seeking an experienced ABA Assistant to join a specialist SEN setting in South West London. The role focuses on supporting autistic pupils within a structured program and developing skills across communication, learning and independence.

Candidates with recent SEN school experience and ABA training will thrive in this hands-on position, working closely with teachers and SEN professionals to deliver consistent support and measurable progress.

Formación

• Recent SEN school experience.
• Experience supporting autistic pupils.
• ABA experience or relevant training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent consistency and reliability.
• Ability to follow structured programmes while responding to individual pupils.

Responsabilidades

• Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping development of communication, learning, independence and engagement.
• Deliver structured interventions and reinforce positive behaviours.
• Record pupil progress and monitor development.
• Support communication development and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and other SEN professionals.
• Contribute to a hands-on, consistent classroom support environment.
