AP Clerk (HOP)

Our Financial Operations team has a vacancy for an AP Clerk (HOP).

Role Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage all AP processes for our Deliveroo Hop business area.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Timely and accurate transaction processing and query handling related to invoices and credit notes.
  2. Managing the inbox efficiently.
  3. Managing supplier accounts, including statement reconciliations.
  4. Providing quality customer service.
  5. Scoping AP processes for new vendors and markets.
  6. Creating efficiencies within AP processes.
  7. Performing ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements

Understanding of the AP process. Ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional environment under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good organizational skills.

Nice-to-Haves

Proficiency in MS Office products including Word and Excel. Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
