RiverView Portfolio Limited is seeking an AAT qualified Accounts Assistant to join a focused accounts and tax role in Swindon/Calne. The role involves exposure to accounts and tax preparation and helping clients understand their financial information beyond just annual reports.

The position offers fully funded training to progress qualifications, a supportive environment, career growth, and interaction with a range of clients across sectors.

Qualifications

• Aiming for chartered status (ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience in practice accountancy.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Knowledge of VAT and CIS compliance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review annual accounts up to trial balance from source documents.
• Prepare management accounts for clients.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
• Prepare CIS returns and support trainee development.
