Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Brize Norton is seeking an A400M Line Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. You will support line maintenance on the A400M, collaborating with military personnel to ensure aircraft are mission-ready and compliant with aerospace regulations.

The role requires an engineering apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3), flexibility for shift rotations and travel, and the ability to access UK MoD establishments under ITAR/Export Control restrictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in line maintenance within a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Familiarity with modern aircraft systems and maintenance software applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in regulated or military-aligned teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certifying Engineers with scheduled line maintenance to keep fleet safe and mission-ready.
• Support complex aircraft recovery operations across diverse environments.
• Log maintenance activities using computer software and provide feedback to influence decisions.
