Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Project Manager to lead new galley projects for the Airbus A350 XWB. The role is hybrid and requires on-site work a minimum of 3 days per week, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams across an IPT.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM required.
• Proven project management experience in complex environments (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end in collaboration with senior program manager and stakeholders.
• Work within an IPT environment to ensure appropriate resourcing.
• Create and execute project plans, manage dependencies and critical paths, and track changes.
