Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Program Manager for a 14-month FTC in Leighton Buzzard, UK. You will lead galley programs, drive delivery across internal teams and customers, manage budgets and risks, and push continuous improvement in a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least 3 days per week.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, P&L responsibility, and strong stakeholder engagement with an aerospace focus. A STEM degree and PM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of program & project management experience.
• Experience managing aerospace/manufacturing programs is essential.
• PM certification (Prince2/PMP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to meet plans, schedules and budgets; coach cross-functional teams.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and supplier management to ensure profitability.
• Develop and execute program plans with milestones and risk management.
• Escalate complex issues and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Foster continuous improvement and delivery performance across programs.
