Job summary

Exclusive Education are seeking a Maths Teacher to join a sixth form in St Helens on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will take over classes and deliver engaging Maths lessons across A Level, GCSE and Further Maths as required.

The school values strong behaviour management and adherence to policies; applicants should have QTS and be eligible to work in the UK, with DBS in update service or willing to apply. Excellent pay rates and rapid clearance process offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Maths teaching required with QTS (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed. or BA Hons)
• Eligible to work in the UK or UK resident
• Experience working with children
• Experienced in Maths teaching at A Level Maths, Further Maths and GCSE Maths
• Experience delivering engaging Maths lessons
• Two references covering last 2 years
• Current DBS with update service or willingness to apply

Maths Teacher Required

Salary/Rate: £150 - £240 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to work in a sixth form in St Helens. The role will be on a full time basis. They are looking for a Maths Teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Maths Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this Maths Teacher role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have previous experience of working with children
• Previous Maths teaching experience teaching A Level Maths, Further Maths and GCSE Maths
• Experience of delivering engaging lessons in the Mathematics curriculum
• Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
