Job summary

Supply Staff LTD is hiring a Maths Teacher for a secondary school in East London. You will plan and deliver targeted curriculum lessons across key stages, inspiring students to develop problem-solving and numeracy skills.

The role is full-time (5 days a week) with a daily pay rate between £140 and £200, dependent on experience. QTS/QTLS/ECT status and an enhanced DBS are required, along with safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or training as a Maths Teacher in a UK secondary school.
• QTS, QTLS, or ECT status with a relevant degree or PGCE.
• Deep knowledge of maths curriculum guidelines and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
• Assess, track, monitor, and report student progress to senior staff.
