Job summary

Brighton College is seeking a full-time Teacher of Business on a permanent contract to start in April 2027, or earlier if possible. The successful candidate will teach A-level Business, with the possibility of contributing to Economics teaching based on experience and departmental needs.

Beyond the classroom, you will engage in co-curricular activities such as the Business Society and educational visits, while supporting students in pursuing ambitious university or degree apprenticeship goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent teaching ability or clear potential to become an outstanding teacher.
• Strong subject expertise in Business and ability to inspire students.

Responsibilities

• Teach A-level Business and possibly Economics depending on need and experience.
• Deliver stimulating, ambitious lessons that enable excellent pupil progress.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities such as Business Society and educational visits.
