Job summary

Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking Accident & Emergency Nurses for shifts across London. You will provide high-quality care to patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions in fast-paced hospital emergency departments.

Role involves triage, rapid assessment, stabilisation, IV therapies, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. NMC registration and NHS experience within the last 2 years are required. Competitive pay rates and dedicated support are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate care to patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions.
• Work in fast-paced emergency departments delivering rapid assessments and stabilisation.

• Administer IV fluids, medications, wound care and resuscitation as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient records including observations and outcomes.
• Collaborate with doctors, paramedics and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Job Description

• Provides immediate and high-quality care to patients presenting with urgent, acute, or life-threatening conditions.


• Need to work in fast-paced hospital emergency departments, delivering rapid assessments, stabilizing patients, and coordinating multidisciplinary care.


• Triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity of condition.


• Administer treatments such as IV fluids, medications, wound care, and resuscitation.


• Maintain accurate patient records, including observations, interventions, and outcomes


• Work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Job Requirment

• Applicants will need to be registered with the NMC


• A minimum of 6 months relevant NHS experience within the last 2 years is required
