Job summary

Pulse Nursing is seeking experienced Accident & Emergency nurses to join our team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS FT. You will work in a fast-paced department, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Weekly pay, holiday pay, and flexible payment options support your role in the NHS setting. PAYE rates start at £17 per hour for days, with higher rates for nights, Sundays, and bank holidays; umbrella rates go up to £32 per hour for Sundays and

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration is required.
• Minimum of 6 months’ recent A&E experience in the last 12 months.
• Ability to provide two professional references (covering the previous 3 years).
• Compliance with DBS and Occupational Health clearance.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a busy A&E department.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with acute emergency conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, safe patient care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Adhere to NMC guidelines, trust policies and governance standards.
• Respond calmly and effectively in high-pressure emergencies.
• Weekly pay and holiday pay available for PAYE workers.
