North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Staff Nurse, Band 5, for the A&E department at West Cumberland Hospital. The role involves 60 hours per week across days, middle shifts and nights, with both full-time and part-time contracts available.

We provide a supernumerary period, departmental induction and allocated preceptor to support development. Applications welcome from experienced and newly qualified nurses seeking progression.

Formación

• Registered nurse with active registration (NMC).
• Experience in A&E nursing is desirable.
• Familiarity with infection control and patient safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and provide all aspects of patient care.
• Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct.
• Assist other nurses in the team as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and input into computerised systems.
• Participate in clinical governance and ensure policies are followed.
