Qualifications

• Entwicklung von Schlüsselbeziehungen zu hochklassigen Händlern und Spezifizierern.

Would you like to lead the way with the UK Specifications for a high-end luxury stone and bathrooms company based in their newly refurbished Mayfair showroom? This brand is searching for a motivated addition to their team, to cultivate and foster client relationships whilst collaborating with multiple teams to contribute to the overall success of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek new dealers.
2. Organise sales network by territory.
3. Collaborate to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
4. Maintain knowledge of the full product portfolio through delivering company and product presentations.
5. Focus on building a stable project pipeline.
6. Monitor market trends and share sales leads with relevant colleagues.
7. Communicate efficiently with management in a timely manner.
8. Develop key relationships with high-end dealers and specifiers.
9. Work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in the showroom and with A&D specifiers to achieve company objectives, targets, and goals.

Skills and Experience

1. At least 5 years of experience within the luxury interiors industry.
2. Proficiency in using CRM systems.
3. Contacts within the A&D industry.
4. Ability to read architectural construction drawings and plans; knowledge of natural stones or wood design products is preferred.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with strong planning abilities.
7. Flexibility with working hours to attend events and meetings.
