Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is hiring two experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives to work at a heavy manufacturing site in Desford, United Kingdom. The role offers an hourly rate of £17.98 and features a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with days and nights.

Responsibilities include safely operating an 8-tonne FLT, loading/unloading deliveries, transporting materials to storage areas, and performing daily safety checks. Applicants should have proven FLT experience (B2) and flexibility to rotate shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating an 8-tonne counterbalance FLT (B2).
• Ability to pass site drug and alcohol test.
• Flexibility to work rotating 4-on / 4-off days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating an 8-tonne counterbalance forklift to move, load and unload goods.
• Loading and unloading deliveries from vehicles and containers.
• Transporting materials and stock to designated storage areas.
• Completing daily FLT safety checks and reporting any faults or defects.
• Supporting general warehouse duties and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
