Job summary

adidas in Ashford is seeking a customer-facing retail teammate to join our brand-ambassador team. You will engage customers, drive sales, and uphold adidas store standards on the shop floor.

You will support deliveries and replenishment, complete training, and apply what you learn to help customers choose the right products. Strong English communication and a team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
