Job summary

GI Group are recruiting 7.5T Drivers for a client in Warwick. The role runs during the festive peak, with some multi-drop runs and on‑the‑job training provided. Start times are 05:00, and handball duties and vehicle checks are part of the job.

Applicants must hold a 7.5T / LGV C1 licence with 1+ years of experience, CPC and Tachograph, and be over 21. Friday shifts are not listed; Monday to Friday work is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold 7.5T / LGV C1 licence entitlement with at least 1 year's experience.
• Must hold a valid CPC and Tachograph.
• No more than 6 points on licence (no TT/IN/CU/DR/DG/CD/DD).
• Over 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Able to remain calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle handball and push trolleys; some multi-drop runs (up to 12 per shift).
• Complete vehicle checks and defects paperwork as required.
• Work on a temp transfer basis with on‑the‑job training.
