Job summary

Renford Recruitment Ltd in the Evesham area is seeking an experienced 7.5T Driver for a busy food industry operation. Immediate start and temp-to-perm opportunity offered.

You will hold a valid UK 7.5T licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph and have at least two years of driving experience. The role includes delivering to customers across multiple locations and completing delivery paperwork accurately, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK 7.5T licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• At least 2 years' experience driving 7.5T vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive 7.5T vehicles.
• Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Deliver to customers across High Witcombe, Taunton, Shrewsbury and Birmingham.
• Unload items from trailers to customers.
• Complete delivery notes and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Follow site health & safety and food handling procedures.

Duties

• Driving 7.5T vehicles
• Completing basic vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Delivering items to customers across High Witcombe, Taunton, Shrewsbury and Birmingham
• Unloading the delivered items from trailers to customers
• Ensuring delivery notes and paperwork are completed accurately
• Always maintaining a clean and safe vehicle
• Following all site health & safety and foodhandling procedures

Skills and Experience

• Must hold a valid UK 7.5T with CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Minimum 2 years' experience driving 7.5T vehicles

Hours of Work

• 04:00 / 05:00 / 06:00 starts
• Tues - Wed - Fri - Sat
• Wed - Thurs - Fri - Sat

Pay Rates

• £15.44 - 7.5T
• Overtime - £19.30
