Job summary

Manpower UK in Rochester is seeking a temporary 7.5T Driver to cover ongoing shifts across distribution centres and delivery points. You will operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes, complete vehicle checks and log deliveries.

This role requires a valid 7.5T licence, Driver CPC and tachograph card, and a reliable, safety-minded approach. Shifts vary with competitive hourly pay between £17.55 and £27.52.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 7.5T licence and Driver CPC.
• Valid UK C1 driving licence and Tachograph card required.
• Reliability, professionalism and commitment to road safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and secure goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the operations team.
• Follow road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle multiple drops per shift as routes vary.
