Job summary

The Recruitment Group is currently recruiting experienced 7.5T Drivers for straightforward trunking and collection work based in Birmingham. The role involves regular A-to-B trunking with occasional reloads, limited multidrop activity, and shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

You will report to the transport office and be expected to maintain safe driving standards and accurate paperwork. Salary offers £15.00 per hour for day shifts and £16.00 per hour for night shifts, with afternoon, evening or night

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C1 entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous 7.5T driving experience.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
• Ability to complete shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Availability for afternoon, evening or night work.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Driving record acceptable subject to licence checks.

Day rate: £15.00 per hour

The position mainly involves A-to-B trunking runs, followed by a reload or collection before returning to the base or client. With limited multidrop activity, this is uncomplicated driving work offering average shifts of approximately 10-12 hours.

The ideal candidate
