Pertemps is working in partnership with the Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit 7.5T Drivers for the Swindon site. If you are seeking work, our onsite team across the country is looking for drivers to start immediately.

As a 7.5T Driver, after successfully completing an assessment, you will trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail Network. The role involves manual work, with shifts offered one week in advance.

We offer competitive pay rates and a variety of start times and days to suit different preferences. Flexibility is appreciated, especially for those willing to work weekends or shifts into the evening or night.

Entry Requirements:

• Hold a driving licence for at least 2 years with no more than 5 penalty points.
• Preferably a clean licence; exceeding 5 points may lead to termination of the assignment.
• Minimum of 180 days driving experience within the last 2 years, relevant to commercial driving.
• No more than 10 infringements over 12 months, with no more than 6 of the same category in 6 months.
• Checking your Digi tacho before assessment is recommended, as issues may result in failure.
• Comfortable with manual entries on the Digi tacho.
• No DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements accepted.
• Must pass a CRB security check following registration due to client requirements.
