Location: Bicester

Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 09:0017:30 (8-hour shifts, some overtime available)

Pay Rates

• Standard: £15.07 per hour
• Overtime: £22.61 per hour
• Nights: £17.69 per hour
• Nights Overtime: £25.23 per hour
  
  

Were recruiting a reliable and experienced 7.5T Driver to join our growing logistics team in Bicester. This role is ideal for a professional driver who values safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out 1525 multi-drop deliveries and collections daily
• Load your own vehicle and scan 150200 parcels using your personal smartphone and app
• Secure all items safely to prevent damage during transit
• Use pump truck to move pallets onto vehicle
• Heavy lifting required parcels range from 1kg to 35kg (average around 20kg)
• Adhere to delivery ETAs and maintain accurate records
• Collections do not require unloading
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before, during, and after shifts
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate effectively with the transport team and customers
• Follow all traffic laws and company procedures infringements are closely monitored
  
  

Shift Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Start Time: Around 09:00
• Day 1: 07:00 induction
• Days 2 & 3: Training with another experienced driver
• Day 4 onwards: Solo shifts from 09:00
  
  

Requirements

• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) licence
• Valid Driver CPC (held for at least 12 months)
• Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar multi-drop driving role
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Familiar with safe loading and securing practices
• Must have your own smartphone to use the route/scanning app
• Safety boots and high-vis are required
