Job summary

Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the Southampton area for a 7.5T Delivery Driver position. Work is Monday to Friday with starts at 07:00 and 8–10 hour shifts, delivering fixtures and fittings along the South Coast.

The role requires a Full UK 7.5T licence (Cat C1), CPC and Digi Tacho Card, and prior delivery driving experience. You will load/unload, use tail lifts, and provide excellent customer service on every drop.

Qualifications

• Full UK 7.5T (Cat C1) licence is required.
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card.
• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Good geographical knowledge of the South Coast.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive 7.5T or 3.5T vehicles as required, delivering to customers.
• Load and unload deliveries, using tail lifts and pump trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery.
• Follow safety, road, and company procedures.

Are you an experienced 7.5T Delivery Driver looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position?

Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the Southampton area, delivering high-quality fixtures and fittings to customers across the South Coast.

The Role

• Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00
• 8-10-hour shifts
• Around 10-15 deliveries per day
• Driving 7.5T or 3.5T vehicles, depending on the delivery
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Using tail lifts and pump trucks
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery

What We're Looking For
