Job summary

innnergy Group Ltd in Leeds is seeking a 7.5T/Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our team. You will deliver LPG cylinders and solid fuel to homes and businesses from our Gildersome base, with up to 20 drops daily and no overnights.

Based in Gildersome and covering Leeds, Knottingley, Goole, Dewsbury and York, you’ll enjoy predictable hours, a permanent full-time role, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Category C1/7.5T entitlement.
• Category C/Class 2 entitlement advantageous and paid accordingly.
• At least one year's experience driving a goods vehicle.
• Ability to perform regular manual handling.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Good organisation and ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to safe working and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5T vehicle to deliver LPG cylinders and solid fuel safely.
• Load and unload vehicle and assist colleagues when needed.
• Follow delivery manifest and plan efficient local routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and follow safety procedures.
• Collect payments and maintain clear delivery records.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with cylinder connections.
• Support the warehouse team when required.

7.5T / Class 2 Delivery Driver

Location: Gildersome, Leeds LS27 7LG

Salary: A£12.71-A£14.00 per hour, depending on licence and experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Up to 20 drops per day | Home every night

Looking for a delivery driving role with manageable routes, regular hours and no overnight stays?

This is not a 60-drops-a-day parcel job. You will make up to 20 planned deliveries of LPG cylinders and solid fuel to homes and businesses, combining safe driving with friendly, personal customer service.

Based at our head office in Gildersome, you will cover Leeds, Knottingley, Goole, Dewsbury and York.

• Driving a 7.5T vehicle to deliver LPG cylinders and solid fuel safely to homes and businesses

Routes are kept manageable, with no more than 20 drops per day and no overnight stays.

The ideal Candidate

• A full UK driving licence with Category C1/7.5T entitlement
• Category C/Class 2 entitlement would be advantageous and will be paid accordingly
• At least one year's experience driving a goods vehicle
• The physical fitness and confidence required for regular manual handling
• A reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused approach
• Good organisation and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A genuine commitment to safe working and excellent customer service

FLT training would be helpful but is not essential.

You do not need to hold an ADR qualification when you apply, as fully funded ADR training will be provided.
