Job summary

Stericycle, a leading provider of waste management and compliance solutions, is seeking a driver with Category C1 licence to join the transportation team in the United Kingdom. You will ensure safe, compliant movement of clinical and industrial waste and support service managers with day-to-day tasks.

Required: GCSE or high school equivalent, Category C1 licence, and ADR (preferred). Full clean driving licence with a focus on safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent is required.
• High School or equivalent is required.
• Full Clean Driving Licence enabling 7.5T/C1 or higher is required.
• ADR Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily schedules to agreed routes and timings.
• Complete documentation for drivers’ hours, WTD and related legislation.
• Comply with Road Traffic Act, tachograph records, vehicle weights and speed limits.
• Adhere to ADR/hazardous goods regulations and company procedures.
• Provide courteous service to customers and road users at all times.
• Attend trainings and keep flexible to shift patterns including 5 from 7 days.
