Stericycle is seeking a professional LGV Driver to contribute to the safe and timely transport of clinical and industrial waste in the Leeds area. You will work as part of the transportation team, ensuring compliance with EU Working Time Directive, ADR regulations, and company procedures, while delivering excellent customer service.

Required: LGV Class 1 Licence with Driver CPC; GCSE or equivalent; ADR training preferred.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent is required.
• ADR training is preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance with regulations.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily schedules to agreed routes and timings.
• Complete documentation related to drivers’ hours and WTD.
• Comply with Road Traffic Act, tachograph records, weight limits and speed limits.
• Adhere to ADR/Hazmat regulations and company SOPs.
• Act as a courteous point of contact at delivery points of service.
• Complete vehicle checks and report defects to Service Coordinators.
